Spicy Vegan Enchilada

Our take Vegan take  on a Mexican classic and our first ever SPICY meal that will titivate the tastebuds . A traditional tortilla wrap filled with  black beans, La Cuccina’s famous tomato sauce, mixed peppers ,chilli and lentils. Oven baked and topped with Vegan cheddar cheese.
