Our original Sri Lankan Curry has been so popular on our catering menu we decided to elevate it to "supreme master" of the vegetarian and vegan meal categories. The sweet potatoes and aubergine that have been flash grilled before being slow cooked with our blended Sri Lankan spices that create a wonderful depth to this dish. Topped with cashew nuts to provide some crunch.
